Rights
according to the Basic Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO):
Right
of access:
In accordance with Article 15 of the DSGVO, you may request
confirmation as to whether data concerning you are being processed.
If this is the case, you have a right to information about the
processed information.
Right
to revoke consent:
If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have
the right to revoke this consent at any time in accordance with
Article 7 DSGVO.
Right
of objection:
If the processing of your personal data is necessary to protect the
legitimate interests of our company, you can object to the processing
at any time in accordance with Article 21 DSGVO.
Right
of cancellation:
If you have revoked your consent, objected to the processing of your
personal data (and there are no legitimate reasons for the
processing), your personal data are no longer necessary for the
purpose of the processing, a corresponding legal obligation exists or
your personal data have been processed unlawfully, you have the right
to request the cancellation of your personal data in accordance with
Article 17 DSGVO.
Right
to rectification:
If your personal data have been processed incorrectly, you have the
right under Article 16 of the DSGVO to request their rectification
without delay.
Right
to restrict processing:
Under the conditions of Article 18 of the DSGVO, you have the right
to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
Right
to data transfer:
Under Article 20 of the DSGVO, you have the right to receive personal
data provided by you in a structured, common and machine-readable
format.
Right
of appeal:
You have a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority
under Article 77 of the DSGVO.

Duration
of the storage of personal data or the criteria:
Personal data processed by us in the context of general contact
enquiries by e-mail or the contact form will only be stored for as
long as is necessary for the respective correspondence.
Direct
booking on our hotel website:
Personal data requested by us in connection with booking a room will
only be stored for as long as this is necessary for the execution of
the contract and any subsequent contract-related correspondence or,
in the case of documents relevant under commercial and/or tax law,
which contain personal data, as long as the statutory periods of the
Commercial Code and the Fiscal Code provide for the safekeeping of
these documents.
Purposes
as well as type and extent of processing: In
the case of general enquiries addressed to us by e-mail or contact
form, the corresponding personal data will only be stored for the
purpose of the respective correspondence. Any further processing does
not take place.
Direct
booking option on a hotel website: Personal data that we request in connection with a room booking will be processed for the purpose of contract processing. Personal data such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address are not recorded unless you provide us with this information voluntarily, e.g. to process enquiries, to process room bookings, for comments or for enquiries via the contact form. The data provided voluntarily will be used exclusively for the purpose for which they were provided.
Legal
basis for the processing/contact form (consent) / legal basis for the
processing of personal data in connection with general enquiries via
contact form: Personal
data which are processed in connection with a general enquiry via
contact form are processed on the basis of economic interest, Article
6 DSGVO.
Direct
booking option on a hotel website (contract fulfilment): Legal
basis for the processing of personal data in connection with a room
reservation: Personal data which are processed in connection with a
room reservation are required to fulfil the corresponding contract,
Article 6 DSGVO.
Server
log files/statistical evaluations: Log
files are recorded on the servers via the access of the user of the
pages, in particular fixed or dynamic IP address of the calling user,
pages accessed, browser type, referrer addresses, access date and
access time. We can access this data. The data contained in the log
files are used exclusively for statistical purposes. Unless required
by law, the user is not identified.
Use
of third-party services and content (e.g. Google Maps): We
may include third-party content on our website, such as videos from
YouTube, maps from Google Maps or RSS feeds. This always presupposes
that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third
party providers") are aware of the IP address of the users.
Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to
the browser of the respective user. We make every effort to use only
those contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for
the delivery of the contents. However, we have no influence on this
if the third party providers store the IP address, e.g. for
statistical purposes.
Use
of Facebook Plugins:
This website does not use any plugins from Facebook, Facebook Ireland
Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.
You would recognize these plugins either by the blue "F" of
Facebook, a "thumbs up" sign or by the fact that this
plugin is marked with the word "Facebook".

obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and
information material is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators of
