Please, let us know your wishes with respect to hypo-allergenic bed-sheets and discuss with us your food intolerances.
Arrival:
On the day of your arrival, your room will be at your disposal between 2pm and
6pm. Should you arrive at a later point of time, please let us know in
advance.
Arrival time:
Please, let us know in advance the approximate time of your arrival.
Deadlines for the cancellations of bookings:
Cancellations or modifications up to 28 days prior to the date of the arrival are free of costs. Cancellations or modifications that are delayed, as well as non-arrivals/no shows, will be charged with 80% of the overall fee. We will make all efforts to rent out the rooms to other parties, but naturally this cannot be guaranteed.
Departure:
On the day of your departure, the room will be at your disposal until 10.30am.
Non-smokers:
We would like to assure you that our house has only non-smoking rooms. Smoking
on the terrace is of course permitted..
Parking:
Parking on the hotel site is free for our guests.
Prepayment:
A prepayment is not required.
Settlement of accounts:
You may settle your account by EC-card or by paying in cash.
Travel Insurance:
We recommend that
you should always enter into a travel insurance agreement.
Visitor's tax:
In the period between 01/01 and 31/12, the municipality of Wenningstedt levies a visitor's tax.
Between May and October: EUR 3.00 per person/day
Between November and April: EUR 1.50 per person/day
